NOTE: YOU CAN UPLOAD MULTIPLE FILES UP TO 100MB (Select file(s) by name or drag & drop) EDIT EACH INDIVIDUALLY.
FILE PREP and RESOLUTION
Once you've uploaded your image, you will be able to view, crop and size your picture as desired. Suggested resolution is 300 dpi (ppi) at the desired physical size. The resolution of larger sized prints (24x30 and above) can go as low as 150 ppi without loss of quality. We can often successfully enlarge your low-resolution images to be acceptable at larger sizes. Save your files in Adobe RGB 1998 color space as a high quality JPEG with no compression. sRGB files will be converted. *See Below*
If you are unsure how to prep your files, give us the best version you have. Additional charges may apply if extensive editing or time is required.

Formats Accepted: (TIF, JPG, PSD, PDF). JPEG files will upload the quickest. Convert all vector files (.AI or .EPS) to one of the above formats. It is recommended to not leave any spaces in your filename or use symbols such as "#" or "%" within the filename.
PRINTER PROFILES FOR SOFT PROOFING ARE AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD. Find link in menu list.
Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to many variables such as monitor quality, etc.
* The RGB system offers a “recipe” used to create colors on digital displays using an additive color space. However, since every device is slightly different, the RGB values needed to reproduce any given color will vary from one device to another. In response to that variability, sRGB was created in 1996 as a system to define the color profile for a specific condition or device. The sRGB profile was based upon the “typical” CRT monitor of that time, as perceived in an environment designed to match typical home and office viewing conditions. sRGB is the standard color space for computer monitors and the internet, since images and graphics will be viewed on many different device types in all sorts of uncontrolled conditions. Images from many consumer-grade digital devices, such as your phone or digital camera, may not have a color profile associated with them, so many workflows will assign a sRGB profile to the data as a “safe” option when the true color data is unknown. However, because the sRGB color space is very small, graphics converted to sRGB from another color space will lose much of the color data. No two monitors will display the same RGB values in exactly the same way, no two printing presses will reproduce a set of CMYK values exactly. In fact, due to the vast number of variables in the printing process, reproducing a given CMYK combination on six different presses will result in six different colors.
You may order proof prints on any media choice at $7.50 each including mailing cost. Proofs are a scaled down version of the entire image; about 8.5x11. You may also request a "Detail Proof", a small 8.5x11 crop of the full scale image (Please indicate this in special instructions). Proofs will be watermarked “proof”. After you review, you may resubmit an adjusted file or authorize us to proceed and complete your order.
MINIMUM PRINT ORDER IS 1 8x10 PER IMAGE. You may request smaller image sizes either placed on an individual 8x10 sheet or trimmed to a specific size. 4x6 or 5x7 of the same image may be ordered in quantities of 12
Maximum width of canvas is 60 inches, including borders to allow stretching. A 54" wide image allows 3 inches of border on each side to allow stretching on a 2" thick frame. Fine art papers maximum width is 44 inches. Some of our archival, photo and poster papers are in stock to 60 inches wide.
